Yuki Tabata’s Black Clover is a shonen battle manga published in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump. Due to its serious nature and formulaic approach, it initially had trouble setting itself apart from the rest of the battle shonen, but after the fantastic Resurrection arc, it has found its place in the magazine. Currently, it has a giant, dedicated fanbase for both the manga and the anime adaptation. It is a part of the new Big 3 anime.
Black Clover takes place in a magical world where people use all sorts of magic to get by in life. They are led by the Wizard King and his elite Magic Knight Squads. Asta and Yuno are two orphans born into this world, the latter with fantastic magical affinity and the former with no magic at all.
Both of them plan to become Wizard King someday and when Asta awakens a unique power of Anti-Magic, his path opens up. Together, they set on their journey and join the Magic Knight squad, Yuno in Golden Dawn and Asta in Black Bulls.
Currently, Black Clover is in the spade kingdom arc. Interestingly, this is the arc where the origins of Asta and Yuno will be gradually revealed. This arc is setting up slowly but beautifully. What lies ahead is great danger and chaos which might just form a giant super arc or a saga.
Currently, we are in the midst of a grueling battle between Dante of the Dark Triad and Yami, captain of the Black Bulls and can’t wait to read what happens next in the upcoming Black Clover Manga Chapter 247.

Black Clover Chapter 246: The tree of Qliphoth
Asta is incapacitated from exhaustion and faces the Devil in him inside his psyche. He snaps back and realizes Gauche is alive.
Dante is unfazed by Yami’s attack and uses a new magic to heal himself. He states how he was bored as nothing satisfied his malice.
In a flashback, he remembers how his ordinary self, overthrew the ruler. He remembers defeating a bunch of soldiers and killing the ruler. Its shown that the castle was set on fire.
Dante reveals his plan. A magic channel called the Tree of Qliphoth links their world to the underworld. To create it, Arcane Stages of Dark Magic and World Tree magic are required. So Yami Sukehiro and William Vangeance are the ideal targets.
When worlds are connected, the Devils on the underworld will enter and fill this world with every kind of malice.
An enraged Yami decides to end Dante’s life, in order to avoid catastrophe.
Elsewhere, in spade kingdom castle, rumors of a Clover Kingdom spy fly around. The spy gathers information in Dante’s room but is discovered.
The spy uses some sort of magic to dispose off his discoverer and moves away. It is revealed that he is a member of the Black Bulls and that is where the last chapter ended and now we can’t wait for the Black Clover Chapter 247 spoilers and raw scans.
Black Clover 247 Spoilers:
Is Asta facing the Devil that resides in his Grimoire? Yes. We believe Asta will be able to contact his Devil gradually which will lead to a huge boost in his strength. Also, his Devil will have a key role in this arc. We strongly feel that his Devil is a high ranking one, perhaps even the former king of Devils.
Where are the remaining Black Bulls? We haven’t come across multiple members for a long time. Secre, Zora, Gordon, Luck, and Magna haven’t appeared since the time skip and we are starting to feel their void. We believe they are in some dangerous mission and will join in the second half of this arc, or maybe they’ve been captured somehow.
We still need more detail about how Dante overthrew the last ruler of the Spade Kingdom. He seemed like an ordinary soldier who disposed of others but it is way too vague. Who is that person he slept with? How did he kill the King? How did he form the triad? Who gave him the information about the tree? What is the main source of his extreme malice. Black Clover Chapter 247 or further chapters will shed more light on Dante. Same goes for Zenon and Vanica.
What is this new form of magic Dante uses? We believe, Dante was born with Gravity Magic and the Devil granted him powers of different sort that he uses when he is in a fix.
How does the Tree of Qliphoth magic work? We believe Arcane stages will be sacrificed and their magic will be used to execute this Tree of Qliphoth. We are still unsure of what Arcane Stages are, but Yami and William are two key characters in this arc. We believe Black Clover Chapter 247 will reveal more about this new magic.
What will happen if Devils enter this world? That would be the signal of destruction and peace will be effectively forfeit. Humans with their weak magic will be annihilated and only a bunch with strong magic will rule. The Devils will destroy everything. That is why, the failing of this Tree of Qliphoth magic is extremely important.
Who is this spy in the Spade Kingdom? We believe this spy is a new character who hasn’t been previously revealed. Their silhouette was briefly seen in Chapter 4 but the face is yet unseen. They probably have been infiltrating the Spade Kingdom for a long time, to receive more info on the Dark Triad and their plans.
