In the previous chapter, we saw Ciel Grinberyall and Yuno’s reunion at the start. People from the Spade Kingdom wanted Yuno to return to the Spade Kingdom and take over the nation. Asta was happy for Yuno and he was also happy to know the fact that her mother Licita loved her. Yuno said he couldn’t return to the kingdom as he made a promise and he must fulfill it first.

In the Clover Kingdom, Damnatio had a worried look on his face and he knew that this win is not an actual win. Marx informed the same thing like this to Julius and something doesn’t add up. Damnatio then went to meet Julius and showed him some documents from 20 years ago and we got to know about a new devil ‘Astaroth’ that disappeared from the underworld 20 years ago.

Magicula was just a replacement for Astaroth. Damnatio then asked then only one person can use time magic and Julius said that he is Astaroth and kills Damnatio. Adramelech appeared and said that everything has happened as they planned. The chapter ends with Julius saying ‘The time has come.’

• In the next scene, Asta is promoted to the senior magic knight.
• Yuno is already a grand magic knight and is on a mission right now.

• All magic knights are present in the ceremony.
• Yami is wondering why Charlotte is acting weird around him [He is noticing it for the last 1 year].
• Finral tells him about Charlotte’s confession when he was on the verge of death.
• People are chit-chatting about Wizard King being missing from the ceremony.
• Asta says that the next Wizard King is Fuego, Nozel, or Mereo, but Nozel says all of that is on hold.
• Fuego and Asta talk about Asta’s rank.

• Asta decides to confess his feelings to Sister Lilly and does the same.
• Lilly turns him down saying that he is family, like a little brother to me.
• Asta understands and acknowledges the rejection and says that he will be the wizard king.
• Sister Lily says “You definitely will….!”
• Lucius appears and congratulates Asta and says ‘You have reached the endpoint.”
