The series will follow the struggles and hardships of a lone girl, Empress (one of the three surviving guardians of humanity), who has to defend the Earth against the evil AI, Artemis.
Black Rock Shooter: Dawn Fall will premiere on April 3, 2022. The latest trailer reveals more cast information and the ending theme.
The trailer tells the story of how Artemis, the AI, decides to attack humanity, and this results in the Earth becoming a wasteland.
Empress has no memories of her past and she wakes up in an underground laboratory. She takes orders from the colonel (the peace-building force) who tells her to destroy the space elevator that the Artemis is constructing. Things don’t go easy for Empress as she has to fight against her supposed allies as well as the Artemis to fulfill her mission.

It is a Japanese media franchise created by illustrator Ryohei Fuke. The series revolves around a mysterious black-haired girl with a blazing blue eye and a powerful cannon that can shoot rapid shots at high speed.
Though each media piece is set in its own universe, all follow the mysterious girl as she aids other characters in an alternative dimension.
