In the previous chapter, it was revealed that Touya Todoroki died while he was training at a training facility. It was the same place where Endeavour used to train. The reason behind Touya’s Death was excessive heat and that heat only left the lower jaw bone as his remains. Touya’s firepower was greater than endeavor but he didn’t have an ice quirk.

Now, Dabi broadcasts a video in which he shows that he had run a DNA test with Endeavour’s blood and got a 99.99% match. After that Dabi criticizes the hero community by saying that Hawks has killed Twice. Dabi also states that Hawks’ father was a thief and now the hero community is corrupted as criminals are involved with heroes.
