Fans are waiting for My Hero Academia Chapter 283 with bated breath – the tension in the air can be felt from a mile away. It looks like the heroes are going to suffer a whole lot in this arc. The tides of this war have suddenly shifted in a different direction!
My Hero Academia is written and illustrated by Kohei Horikoshi. It is currently published in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine and is the second-best ongoing title in terms of volume sales. The anime adaptation by Bones Studio is very popular and will air the 5th Season in 2021.
The Ongoing war arc is easily the peak of this title. Fans have never been more excited about the series. My Hero Academia is at an all time high and the quality only keeps increasing. We keep getting fantastic revelations in every chapter. Even though there is a lack of shock value, the story progression has been fantastic.
My Hero Academia 283 leads us deeper into the Paranormal Liberation Front War arc. Now that the main villain has developed to the best state, our heroes are in deep trouble. Will Aizawa retain his quirk? Will Gigantomachia be stopped? Will Gran Torino live? We will find out.

My Hero Academia Chapter 283 Release Date:
On 2nd September 2020, Weekly Shonen Jump will release the raw scans of My Hero Academia 283. The fan translations will follow, arriving on 4 September 2020.
My Hero Academia 283 official English scans will be posted on Viz website, Mangaplus website and the shonen jump app. The date of arrival is September 6, 2020.

My Hero Academia 282 Recap:
Deku has realized Shigaraki’s newfound agility. So he tries to immobilize the villain with Black Whip. Ryukyu wants to heal Gran Torino’s wound. Deku notices Shigaraki’s bullet and immediately uses 100% Wyoming Smash on him. Endeavor attacks and so does Bakugo.
But Shigaraki is being driven by his passions, dreams, convictions. He feels unstoppable. Shigaraki manages to shoot the bullet. It hits Aizawa’s leg. However Aizawa is smart as a whip. He realizes that it is the Quirk suppressing drug bullet and knows exactly how to deal with it. Aizawa chops off his leg. Shigaraki respects Eraserhead but that won’t change the Hero’s fate.
The shockwave knocks back all the heroes and Shigaraki jumps towards Aizawa. He immediately grabs his face. But before the villain can cause more damage, a huge block of ice sweeps him away. Shoto has come to the rescue!
Deku blows away Shigaraki and catches Aizawa. Despair dawns on him, as he realizes what is about to happen to his teacher. Shigaraki says it’s futile – Deku can’t change Aizawa’s fate. Elsewhere, the other students realize that Shoto is nowhere to be seen. They are still busy handling the citizen evacuation and Uraraka wonders if they should head back.
The news report arrives. Apparently, a gigantic villain is heading northwards, froms Kyoto to Jaku. It is of course, Gigantomachia. The villain is rushing towards Shigaraki, crushing everything in his path. There are multiple cities ahead and he will trample on them all.
Boku no My Hero Academia 283 Spoilers:

Now right out of the bat, we would like to point out that My Hero Academia 283 will probably shift to the POV to the other battlefield. We saw that Gigantomachia is wreaking havoc and given his route, a huge number of city blocks will be dilapidated. Not to mention Shigaraki will have huge reinforcements.
Thus, we will see why the tranquilizer is not working. We believe it’s a delayed effect. Gigantomachia is massive and he has a lot of quirks. So it will probably be a while before he falls asleep. Thus the challenge is to hold him off until then, minimizing the amount of destruction.
However, My Hero Academia Manga 283 might as well continue with the main battlefield too. The situation there is too grave. Aizawa has chopped off his feet. It is an incredible brave feat but the mystery remains. Has the drug taken effect? If it has, the hero lost his feet for no reason. If not, hurray to Aizawa.
Depending on Aizawa’s state, Shigaraki can be handled. If the villain regains his quirk, then he heals immediately. Shigaraki will proceed to wipe off everyone – Endeavor, Deku, Bakugo, Shoto, Ryukyu – no one lives. On the other hand, if Aizawa is still effective, it Shigaraki will probably fall. The addition of Shoto is very helpful and he can contribute to defeating the villain.
We believe Boku no Hero Academia Chapter 283 will show that Aizawa has retained his quirk. And that will lead to the defeat of the villain. Not so soon though. Shigaraki stands free; even though he is injured and exhausted, his opponents are in the same boat. So the fight can continue.
My Hero Academia Season 5 anime will also be returning this fall. There are news of Iruma Kun Season 2 release date getting announced as well.
