Boruto Chapter 46 Recap:
Chapter 46 of Boruto was titled “True Identity” and just when people thought that the true identity of Kashin Koji was going to be released, it was Jigen’s identity that was revealed.
Chapter starts with Kashin confronting Jigen and telling him how he was created in order to defeat Jigen. Amado reveals how he and Kashin has been working secretly as members of Kara in order to take down Jigen.
All the conversations are being livestreamed to Konoha where Naruto and Sasuke are watching. The fight finally starts and Kashin attacks with his Flame bombs and then use Toad oil bomb to aggravate the fire.
Watching this, Naruto got reminded of certain someone we all know about. The fight is going on at full swing and Koji reveals Jigen’s real identity as Ohtsutsuki Isshiki.
Amado shares the story on how Kaguya and Isshiki arrived on Earth together and planted the Divine tree but somehow Isshiki offended Kaguya and a battle broke out between the two.
Kaguya defeats Isshiki and he is on the verge of death, just then he notices Jigen the monk passing by and shrinks his body in order to infiltrate Jigen’s body and feed of him as a parasite. It was also revealed that the Karma on Jigen is different than Karma on Boruto.
Momoshiki replicated himself into data and transplanted himself into Boruto’s body whereas Isshiki is feeding off Jigen as a parasite. Isshiki cannot use Jigen’s body as a vessel because of his enormous chakra and this is why he choose Kawaki as his next vessel.
Kashin carves a ritual circle and summoned fire from faraway flaming fountains and Jigen cannot absorb them since it’s not fire created from Chakra. Ohtsutsuki are beings who have transcended death, but Amado reveals that there actually exists a way to kill an Ohtsutsuki.

Boruto Chapter 47 Spoilers & Predictions
The Spoilers for the Chapter 47 of Boruto manga will be released on 15th June 2020 for everyone to read. So if you are someone who is here before that, then we are very sad to inform you that the spoilers have not been released yet.

A Reddit user commented that he beleives Amado and Jigen to be comrades from way back, even before Kara was formed. To be giving Amado so much control over all the member’s motorary function and the control to shut them down at will is not simple thing.
Another user referred to Karma as a cursed seal and believes that Isshiki is the one who gave both Jigen and Kawaki their Karma. But can this be true? Can they carve Karma marks in multiple people? Since Karma is like a replication of an Ohtsutsuki’s data, carving it onto multiple vessels is possible.
One user pointed out that there are so many similarities between Kashin and Jiraya’s powers and it is certainly possible that Kashin Koji is Jiraya. But what if we are getting misleaded and it’s just to bring back all the Naruto fans?
One user even pointed out that maybe Isshiki and Kaguya were lovers and Hagoroma and Hamura might be Isshiki’s sons? There are many fan theories flying into the air and fans are confused as to what will now happen.
What will happen in the fight against Jigen? Does Kashin have any chance of winning? What other powers does Kashin have and what type of powers will Jigen be using?
We already know that Jigen is exhausted by the fight against Naruto and have had no time to recover. If Kashin goes at full strength right now, he might have a chance of defeating Jigen and getting rid of Isshiki for good.
