“Buddy Daddies” Will Be Released On January 6th! Kazuki Is Shown In The First Character PV!
The original assassin-themed anime “Buddy Daddies,” produced by Nitroplus and Aniplex, has been scheduled for January. One of the anime’s primary characters has been introduced in a new thirty-second trailer that also reveals the show’s precise premiere date.
On Saturday, the first of four trailers focusing on individual characters was posted to the anime’s official website. Kazuki Karusu, one of the show’s protagonists, is featured in the video. He enjoys gambling and ladies but is averse to romantic attachment.
With its jazzy score, this show has all the makings of a hit assassin action comedy. The final section also includes the precise release date. On January 6th, 2023, the premiere of Buddy Daddies will begin.
To now, we have only seen a snippet of the cast. The three lead characters and the actors that voiced them were, however, presented earlier. The following is some further information about them:
Character | Character Voice | Previous Work |
Kazuki Kurusu | Toshiyuki Toyonaga | Junichiro Tanizaki (Bungo Stray Dogs) |
Rei Suwa | Kouki Uchiyama | Toge Inumaki (Jujutsu Kaisen) |
Miri Unasaka | Hina Kino | Alas Ramus (The Devil Is a Part-Timer!!) |
Most of the show’s production team has been outed thanks to the video. Yoshiyuki Asai, the director of Studio P.A. Works, will oversee the animation department. Series music will be composed by Vio Shimokura and Yuuko Kakihara.
The character designs for the anime were created by Katsumi Enami, and they will be adapted by Souichirou Sako. Katsutoshi Kitagawa, of the band Round Table, will provide the score for the show.
Buddy Daddies, another thriller-comedy series, has the potential to make up for the impending end of Spy x Family.

The animation studios Nitroplus and P.A. Works created the series Buddy Daddies. The publication date is set for January 2023.
Assassins and housemates, Kazuki and Rei share a house together. Rei is quieter and more into video games than his extroverted friend Kazuki, who enjoys gambling and ladies. In the course of their day, they discover that they are responsible for Miri, the 4-year-old daughter of a mob boss.
