The visual announces that the anime will begin airing on January 10. It will debut on Amazon Prime Video and Hikari TV in Japan only. TV Tokyo and other networks will air it on January 11.

Aeon Retail, Ebara Foods, Kao, Kagome, SUNTORY Holdings, Heinz, and Lotte are among the brands whose products will be featured in the anime, as revealed by the show’s official Twitter account.

In the anime, Yūma Uchida plays Mukouda Tsuyoshi, Satoshi Hino plays Fel, Hina Kino plays Sui, and Maaya Uchida plays Ninrir.

MAPPA Studio’s Kiyoshi Matsuda is in charge of the anime’s direction. The series’ scripts are being written by Michiko Yokote, and Masa‘s original character designs are being adapted for animation by Nao tsu. Composers Masato Kda, Kana Utatade, and the Kuricorder Quartet provide the score.

Yūma Uchida sings “Happy-Go-Jounrney,” the anime’s concluding theme song.

Mukouda Tsuyoshi, the protagonist of the light novel series, is an average Japanese citizen. However, he thinks he’s in for the adventure of a lifetime when he’s summoned to a world of swordplay and sorcery.

The kingdom that mistakenly summoned him turns out to be little better than a joke. Mukouda ultimately decides to stop trying to change things and focus on creating an ideal existence in his alternate reality.

He has no other magical abilities, yet he can bring modern foods from our world to the mythical world.

Eguchi released the novels in 2016 via the website Shosetsuka ni Nar, and later that year, Overlap began releasing print editions of the novels. In addition to the novels, a manga series is based on the stories.

On his light novel series “Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill,” author Ren Eguchi takes readers on an adventure where they learn to cook over an alien campfire. Overlap has been publishing the series, which was originally published on Shosetsuka ni Naro in January 2016 and has artwork by Masa, since November 2016.

Tsuyoshi Mukoda is whisked away to a foreign land and tasked with rescuing the monarch. But his only ability, “Online Grocery,” lets him import contemporary Japanese food. Despite Tsuyoshi’s initial dissatisfaction, he eventually finds success because to his abilities.

A new anime adaptation is in the works for January 2023.
