Chainsaw Man Chapter 128: Summary
Asa Mitaka mocked Denji at the start of Chainsaw Man chapter 128 for expressing that s*x is what helps him deal with the terrible aspects of life. Then, after Asa called s*x repulsive and gross, Denji stepped in to defend s*x’s beauty and explain its importance in reproduction. Denji was upset by Asa’s eventual observation that nobody would want to have s*x with someone having a chainsaw for a head.
The two were so overwhelmed by their negative emotions that they took flight and landed in Hell. In this scene, Denji awoke with Asa in his arms on a platter that had apples, the severed head of the Devil Hunter’s man, a pile of entrails, and a decorative smear of what was likely blood. Denji grabbed up Asa and raced to a door, but on the way he was attacked by a number of Devils he didn’t recognize.
When Denji got to the door with Asa in his hands, the Falling Devil showed up and tried to get him to leave Asa behind. He refused, and then it seemed like chainsaws were used on the Falling Devil by someone other than Denji. The unnamed hero, who had a chainsaw for a head and arms, pleaded with Denji at the chapter’s end to hide from the Devils until morning.

In Chapter 129 of Chainsaw Man, Denji follows the instructions of his unknown savior and tries to escape from the Devils.
