Check Out the Latest Gag Promo for ‘Detective Conan: The Culprit Hanazawa’

With a franchise as long-running as Detective Conan, you would think it would exhaust itself of fresh material, especially due to its episodic nature. Well, it’s quite the opposite, as you would be surprised by the number of unique spinoffs this anime generates.

Detective Conan: The Culprit Hanazawa is the latest spinoff of the series, and it will add a hilarious twist to the normally thrilling crime stories.

It was recently confirmed that the spinoff, Detective Conan: The Culprit Hanazawa, will be released on October 3, 2022, in Japan. Netflix will premiere it worldwide on October 4.

The anime’s protagonist, Hanazawa, is seen in the latest trailer:

As the video begins, Hanazawa makes his debut in Beika town, the hub of crimes. As the character enters, you can feel a sinister aura from him because he ultimately wants to commit a crime.

Unfortunately, he underestimated the crime level in Beika. He will soon be shocked by the city’s real estate rates, graphic crime scenes, and overall cruelty.

The trailer also streams the upcoming anime’s opening and ending theme songs. “Arrest Me Tonight” is the opening theme by Leon Niihama, and Mai Kuraki has performed the ending theme song, “Secret, voice of my heart.”
