Ryuen who has replied back to Ayanokouji will desperately try to search for the ‘Mastermind’ who knows his secret, hence we can expect some minor clashes between them.

Season 2 Episode 8 Recap
With Hirata and Horikita volunteering to help the students today in different slots, Kushida comes to announce that she will help in both the slots.
During the break, Sato and the other girls come over to talk with Kushida but Ayanokouji watches her leaving as she gets a text on her phone.
While talking about how to manage the study groups, Haruka and Miyake who have been paired together come to ask for help to which Yukimura decides to help.
Horikita on the other hand, asks Ayanokouji to take part in teaching them and look into the matter that they are progressing. Sakura peeks at them from the corner of the hallway.
Ayanokouji helps Haruka and Miyake study, also joins the class study group, and helps them study, as Horikita had asked him. Sato, who was recently showing interest, tries to flirt with him but Ayanokouji dodges all her attempts.
Kushida leaves as soon as the session ends, and Horikita and Ayanokouji stay behind to talk about Kushida and how to resolve her issue. Horikita then confronts Kushida in class and makes a bet so that Kushida stops targeting her.
Manabu drops by as the witness to the bet and Kushida catches Ayanokouji who was listening in on their conversation through the call.
Later at night, Kushida meets Ayanokouji and Horikita, and after discussion, new conditions are added to the bet. Kushida reveals her past, the whole truth, and they both are left standing to hear about it.
