This romcom manga by Youko Nogiri has announced that its final arc will begin serialization tomorrow, and it is already making me sad.

Yet, at the same time, I am super excited since the protagonist Rei Ichijo is about to confess his feelings!

The whole story started when Rei and Midori Nanami stumbled into each other as Rei helped her. Needless to say, Midori started developing feelings for him which were evident to almost everyone.

As their relationship developed, so did some complex love triangles. The last chapter left us with an incomplete confession amidst a romantic moment between Rei and Midori. *apparent frustration over it*

It also revealed how one of Rei’s best friends also confessed that he was trying to keep them apart, but we all know that wouldn’t work in a rom-com. The protagonists becoming a couple is quite inevitable.

The news of the manga ending sure is heartbreaking, but I also can’t help but yearn to see my favorite characters together. 

Both of them are almost at the end of this long and challenging road, and nothing can come between them now. Or will the ending be something completely unexpected? Will they still end up together like in a typical romance?

The manga focuses on  a typical high school girl who falls in love with a ‘bad boy.’
