Dark Fantasy Anime ‘The Kingdoms of Ruin’ Set to Debut in October

‘The Kingdoms of Ruin’ anime is one of the most anticipated adaptations of the manga series to arrive in 2023. More specifically, fans have been dying for someone to pick up this project since the manga’s debut in 2019.

Finally, Yokohama Animation Lab fulfilled the dreams of the fans, and now that the anime adaptation is on the way, the team behind the project has dropped some more exciting things for the fans.

On Friday, the official website for the television anime adaptation of Yoruhashi’s The Kingdoms of Ruin (Hametsu no Ōkoku) manga revealed the anime’s October 6 debut date and theme song artists. It also revealed a promotional video and a new visual for the anime.

The second trailer for the anime shows the fans a montage of Adonis going on a killing spree against the kingdom that took the life of her teacher.

As for the theme song, artist Hana Hope is performing the anime’s opening theme, titled “Kieru Made” (Until it Disappears). Who-ya Extended is performing the ending theme titled “Prayer.

In the new visual, we can see Adonis and Doroka surrounded by the foes that they will have to take on if they dare to challenge the kingdom. The cast for the anime is as follows:

About The Kingdoms of Ruin

The Kingdoms of Ruin is a dark fantasy manga series written and illustrated by yoruhashi.
