A House of Representatives Budget Committee was held in the National diet on 2nd November.
Japan’s Prime Minister, Yoshihide Suga, was seen quoting Demon Slayer at the assembly as he said, “I will respond with Total Concentration Breathing.”
What made him answer with a reference to Demon Slayer? We are here to quell your curiosity.
Kenji Ida, a member of the Constitutional Democratic Party of Japan, stated that he and Yoshihide Suga used to work together.
He then asked Suga whether he had ever thought that both of them would stand opposing each other in the future.
Thus Suga replied that since he is dealing with Ida, he will be using the Total Concentration Breathing to deliver his response. This shows that the Japanese Prime Minister is quite in touch with the pop-culture trends in his country.
Special Demon Slayer Event Announced. Will The Anime Get Season 2 Soon?
Total Concentration Breathing is a breathing technique in the Kimetsu no Yaiba series.
It increases the blood circulation and heartbeat of a person and enhances their physical capabilities. This, in turn, helps demon slayers fight the powerful demons.
Although it is unsure whether the Prime Minister has actually read or watched Demon Slayer, he sure has taken the anime world by surprise.
After breaking the sales record of Spirited Away, Demon Slayer fans now have something more to brag about!!

About Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba
Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Koyoharu Gotoge.
Its publication in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump began in February 2016 with 19 collected tankōbon volumes released as of present.
In a world filled with demons and demon slayers, Kimetsu no Yaiba follows the lives of two siblings Tanjiro and Nezuko Kamado, after— the murder of their family at the hands of a demon.
Their hardship does not end there, as Nezuko’s life is spared only for her to live as a demon.
As the oldest sibling, Tanjiro vows to protect and cure his sister. The story traces the bond of this brother-sister or, better yet, demon slayer and demon combo against the odds of an arch antagonist and the society.
