Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba first season was without a doubt was one of the best anime last year but Episode 19 was an unforgettable experience for every anime fan and it was worth the hype. Well, there are no announcements for the second season so we will have to wait a little longer before we see more demon-slaying.
In April 2020 a Demon Slayer movie was announced that will be covering the Infinity Train Arc and will be titled Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Movie: Mugen Train. The movie will cover the demon-slaying adventures from where season 1 ended.
The story will be set on a mysterious train where missing people are being reported and there seems to be demon involvement in the incidents. Enmu, a member of Kizuki is waiting for Tanjiro, Rengoku, Flame, and his friends. The trailer and Release date is given below

Demon Slayer Mugen Train Box Office
Demon Slayer Mugen Train Movie is breaking Box-Office Records. It has surpassed Frozen 2 and Star Wars: The Force Awakens in the ticket presales. Demon Slayer Mugen Train Movie has surpassed big titles like ‘Spirited Away’ and ‘Weathering With You‘ as the highest-grossing weekend opening for any movie in Japan.
The movie has grossed a minimum of 2.3 Billion Yen ( 22 Million US Dollars ) on its opening weekend surpassing the last record of Disney’s Frozen (1.93 Billion Yen).
Demon Slayer Mugen Train Movie Release Date
The official run time for the movie is listed as 1 Hour 57 Minutes and the movie will be released on 16 October 2020 in Japanese Theatres. The movie is also being released in IMAX so that watchers can enjoy it to the full extent.
US release date for the movie has not been announced yet but as things are looking it might get released in Late 2020 or Early 2021. But looking at other countries’ release dates it is most probably 2021.
