Discotek Announces the English Dub Cast for the 1988 ‘Gunbuster’ Anime

The series has been a fan favorite for a long time and comes on the same level as Gundam and other legendary mecha franchises. So, just like any other old and epic show, this one deserves more recognition.
For that, Discotek Media has licensed the 1988 Gunbuster OVA series and will release an English-dubbed version later this year.
The company has revealed a short English-dubbed clip from the anime featuring the protagonist Noriko Takaya and Smith Toren. Noriko is reading an operations manual to catch up with others while Smith tries to help her, only for the former to lash out at him.
Sound Cadence Studio is in charge of producing the dub, and here is the cast for it:

About Gunbuster
Gunbuster, known in Japan as Top o Nerae!, is a Japanese OVA anime series produced by Gainax released from 1988 to 1989.
Set during brutal wars between the space monsters or Uchuu Kaijuu and humanity, the story follows a girl named Noriko Takaya. Being the daughter of a respected space pilot who went missing during a battle, Noriko aimed on being one too. She is met with harsh treatment at first but overcomes the challenges and becomes a fine pilot.
