Fans Overwhelmed at Demon Slayer’s Red Light District Arc Novel Adaptation

At this point, I doubt that we even need an introduction for Demon Slayer. It has become so popular globally that if you haven’t heard of it, you must be living under a rock.

The franchise has already given us so much content in different media forms, but that ain’t stopping them from giving us more. And I, as a fan, cannot be happier about it!

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba is here with a brand new novel adaptation which will come out on July 16th, 2021.

Fans are overwhelmed by this and are still processing the fact that they’re again getting something great. The franchise has a habit of showering us with content every chance they get.

Now the question arises, ‘what is it about?’

The novel will be based on the manga’s Red Light District Arc or Entertainment District Arc. Yes, the one that has the sound hashira Tengen Uzui’s flamboyance.

Season 2 of the anime will be based on the same arc, but I doubt the franchise will give us any information about that anytime soon. 

The arc is about Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke accompanying the sound hashira on a mission to the Yoshiwara district.

The place is also popularly known as the Entertainment District or Red Light District due to it being a hub of all forms of entertainment. But only a few are aware of the shady demon business that goes on there.

The credit for the franchise’s popularity goes to its recent movie, Demon Slayer: Mugen Train. The sick animation and sensational fight sequences made people get goosebumps all over the world.

You are really missing out if you still haven’t checked out this fantastic series.

Now the only dilemma remains: Should I read the novel or wait for Season 2 release? Let us know which one you’re more excited about!

About Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Koyoharu Gotoge. Its publication in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump began in February 2016 with 19 collected tankōbon volumes released as of present.

In a world filled with demons and demon slayers, Kimetsu no Yaiba follows the lives of two siblings Tanjiro and Nezuko Kamado after— the murder of their family at the hands of a demon. Their hardship does not end there, as Nezuko’s life is spared only for her to live as a demon.

As the oldest sibling, Tanjiro vows to protect and cure his sister. The story traces the bond of this brother-sister or better yet, demon slayer and demon combo against the odds of an arch antagonist and the society.
