Girl’s Frontline, the upcoming anime from Asahi Productions, will put us face to face with humankind’s reality. The story might be set in the distant future, but the scenario is too hard-hitting to be ignored.

A war-ravaged Earth is on the verge of ruins. The military forces are dominating the world with Tactical Dolls or T-Dolls. These androids are more than what meets the eye.
The Girls’ Frontline anime will be released on January 7, 2022. A new trailer has been revealed, which shows us the series’s unique animation.
The teaser gives us glimpses of the T-Dolls that are used in wars. Although they are android models who can fight, they aren’t unfeeling robots.
The story will revolve around a team of these T-Dolls, each of whom has been introduced in the teaser.
“BAD CANDY,” the anime’s opening theme song by yukaDD is also previewed in the PV. (Honestly, it rocks.)
Warner Bros. Japan had previously announced that the anime would be streamed globally. Streaming options have not been revealed yet, but there’s plenty of time for websites to pick up the series.

The original smartphone game, Girls’ Frontline, was a major hit. Due to its detailed scenarios, adapting it to an anime will be significantly easier.
Since it’s based on a game, it will be interesting to see how Asahi Productions adapts the plotline to an anime.
Will this be the next best action series? The full-on battle scenes in the trailer look hopeful on the prospect.

Girls’ Frontline is a game designed for Android and iOS, launched by the Mica Team. It was first launched in China in May 2016. The English and Japanese versions launched in May and August 2018.
The events of the game take place in the 2060s Earth. Nuclear warfare, widespread diseases, and human neglect has rendered the Earth almost inhabitable. Humanoid android girls are used for combat as well as daily labor. T-Dolls or Tactical Dolls are androids that are used for warfare.
