Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Reveals a New PV Before Its Release
Upcoming anime Higurashi no Naku Koro ni (Higurashi: When They Cry – New) unveils supporting cast, staff and second promo before its October 1 premiere. The anime is produced by Passione Studio.
The anime, a remake of the original franchise, was initially scheduled to premiere in July, but it was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The previous adaptation won everyone’s hearts and fans are extremely excited for this one!
The official website for the anime project posted the second promotional video and the latest visual on Friday.
The video reveals that the first 13 episodes will premiere on October 1 and that episode 14 will premiere on January 7. It also confirmed the returning cast members.
The sadistic, over-the-top, and dramatic features of animation left us in awe! The preview certainly shows how well Passione studio has adapted the horror visual novel.
It also shows how the good and evil coexist while keeping the bright and dark greys in the animation.
