The draft for chapter 139 of the Attack on Titan manga has already been submitted by Hajime Isayama. The draft was submitted on Eren Jaeger’s birthday, i.e., on 30th March.

Attack on Titan’s editor had posted a tweet confirming the draft’s submission and showed gratitude to the manga’s fans.

I received the final manuscript of “Attack on Titan” on Ellen’s birthday. Everyone, look forward to the May issue of another magazine. Isayama-kun, thank you for your hard work for 11 years and 7 months!
