Jobless Reincarnation Cour 2 Premiere Grants MC a New Demonic Ability
A perverted yet wise 40-year-old man in a child’s body is how the isekai anime Jobless Reincarnation can be explained. I know the plot and the protagonist sound weird, but when has an isekai been reasonable and did not make you question the kind of things you’re watching?
The show recently started broadcasting its second cour on October 3rd as part of the Fall 2021 lineup. Cour 1 finale teased a reunion between Rudeus and his former teacher Roxy and also a new set of challenges for the protagonists.
Although both of them miss the chance of reuniting by a whisker numerous times, Rudeus encounters another peculiar demon due to Human-God’s instructions. The reincarnated protagonist is always wary of this entity that contacts him but is thankful to him this time.
Jobless Reincarnation (MushokuTensei) part 2’s first episode introduced a new character, the Demon Emperor KishirikaKishirisu, who grants Rudeus a Demon Eye. This Demon Eye allows Rudeus to see a few seconds into the future.

This eye helps Rudeus save a man and defeat Eris in a sparring match later in the episode. But he is still no match for Ruijerd, who beats him multiple times even after the Demon Eye.
This new foresight ability will prove to be a lot of help in Rudeus’ future quests as he moves forward. The trio is concerned about how to cross the ocean as they do not have enough funds for the ticket fee.
I am sure they will find a way, and with Rudeus’ new Demon Eye, they have a powerful ace up their sleeve to face upcoming foes. I suspect that Kishirika’s role isn’t done yet, and we’ll be seeing a lot of her in the coming episodes.
