The Colony 1 arc is almost at the end and we all are very excited to know about the condition in the second Colony and how Itadori’s seniors are holding against the foes present there.

There is also a chance that Itadori may finally intervene as the Colony is not a very large area and after finishing his mission he must have been looking for Megumi.

The Conclusion of Reggie VS Megumi:
Reggie has been an excellent sorcerer and he surely deserves the praises as not many can hold against Megumi for that long. Megumi’s domain was incomplete so there is no sure hit attack condition in his domain.
Reggie thought that his domain is a complete one and unleashed his technique called, “Hollow Wicker Basket” which had the potential to save him from the sure hit technique.
But there was no sure hit technique involved so it was a waste and he got involved in close combat with Megumi and his shadows.
Megumi had the advantage cause he could produce an infinite number of shadows inside his domain so Reggie had a very hard time facing him. Megumi was also able to summon Max Elephant while being trapped by the weight of his domain and crushed Reggie below it.
The fight is now over as after getting crushed by Max Elephant there is no way that Reggie could survive and continue to fight again in Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 172.
The Second Colony Arc:
The Colony 1 arc is almost at the end and the most probable place where the story might shift now is Colony 2. Kamo made two colonies establish the Culling Games and although it has already begun it seems that Kamo has some ulterior motive too behind it.
Panda and Kinji Hakari went to the second colony to face Hajime Kashino. Hajime is a sorcerer who has been reincarnated from the past and is also the rival of Sukuna.
In the previous chapter, we saw how he was looking for Sukuna and is immensely powerful as he manage to gather 200 points all alone and even add a new rule in the Culling Games.
Sukuna is also a player of the Culling Games due to his connections with Kamo but we still have to wait and see how it will influence Itadori.
The second Colony arc is going to be a very interesting one as we might be finally able to see the full strength of the third year of jujutsu High.
Jujutsu Kaisen 172 Spoilers:
The spoilers are finally here for everyone to read and the title of the chapter is “Tokyo Colony #1 Part 2”.
We see Megumi Fushiguro having a load of 40 tons. It seems like Reggie also starts to sink in the shadow because of the max elephant.
But a truck that had sunk earlier lifts Reggie, but this also lessens the load on Megumi. Then we see Reggie bring a two-story building to crush Megumi.
We see Reggie approach Megumi but in the next panel we see Reggie’s right shoulder and left ear blown away by Megumi’s divine dog.
At the end of the chapter, we see Reggie defeated at the hands of Megumi.
