Gege Akutami has finally rested the long fight between Reggie and Fushiguro and claims the latter as the last man standing. So, Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 173 is lined up for release this week. And the new chapter will introduce a list of more players in the Culling Games. Plus, a series of revelations will appear as the pages are turned. Now, the new chapter is set around the Sendai Colony. And Yuta’s entry into the story is sure of much significance. It also appears that he has a notion of his own this time. The following chapter of Jujutsu Kaisen will find a bunch of brand new elements in the series. With the introduction of cursed spirits into the game, it is very interesting to see where the story will be directed now. Plus, Yuta’s ideals are yet to be shown light upon. But he is easily a very strong sorcerer, according to the recent chapter, and likely a threat to Yuji Itadori.

Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 173: Plot Details!
Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 173 brings out many new details into the story. The chapter begins with Reggie abusing Megumi in his final moments before transferring his points. Plus, it is also confirmed that Reggie is a reincarnated soul. Meanwhile, Takaba is fighting Hazenoki, with the latter’s every attack amounting to no success. As soon as the Kogane announces Reggie’s departure, Hazenoki also leaves. Notably, Takaba’s cursed technique in those moments was as strong as Gojo’s.
The scene later shifts to the emergence of four new players into the culling games. Moreover, there is a cursed spirit on the list as well. However, only a few last till the last page. The new players include Druv Lakdawalla with 91 points, Ryu Ishigoori with 77 points and, Takako Uro with 70 points. Lastly, the cursed spirit shaped like a cockroach has 54 points. The chapter reaches its final panel when Yuta Okkotsu comes into view. He kills off Druv Lakdawalla and allegedly is the second strongest Jujutsu sorcerer after Gojo Satoru. The 172nd chapter of Jujutsu Kaisen began with Megumi launching his Max Elephant Shikigami upon Reggie. Notably, Megumi is also suffering from the weight of the elephant. With Reggie Star almost getting crushed in the process, he pulls out a car for his help. Reggie then marks his next attack and uses Contractual Recreation to throw a two-story building on Fushiguro’s head. The young sorcerer takes this opportunity to drown Reggie Star in water.
Reggie, unable to make sense of his surroundings, finds himself to be sinking and undoes his receipts. This washes down all his paper to no use. Plus, he also makes up his mind that Fushiguro is also out of Shikigamis. The opponents then prepare for a fight with bare hands. The brawl goes on for a while, and Reggie chalks out a plan to defeat Megumi once and for all. Amidst this, Megumi brings his divine dogs and cuts off Reggie’s left ear and shoulder. Finally, the long fight reaches an end with Megumi as the winner.

Things have started to get more interesting as the series progresses. Further, Gege Akutami has finally brought the new favorite, Yuta, into sight.
