It looks like Megumi has not wasted his time to get stronger after his encounter against Sukuna and shows us the results in his fight against second-year Noritoshi!
His new shikigami definitely blew everyone away and Jujutsu Kaisen ep 19 might show us if Megumi still has new tricks up his sleeves!
On the other hand, Mahito has set a ploy against the Jujutsu Sorcerers and is on the move with other Cursed Spirits.

Recap of Episode 18
After Maki secures victory over her sister, the spotlight is now on Itadori’s friend, Megumi who is up against Noritoshi.
Noritoshi acknowledges Megumi’s heritage and proceeds to show him Inherited Cursed Technique: Blood Manipulation.
This enables him to control anything that comes in contact with his blood, but Megumi also counters him with his Inherited Cursed Technique: Ten Shadows.
Meanwhile, Toge commands Kasumi to sleep but comes in contact with Hanami who kills a Semi Grade 1 Spirit set off by Noritoshi before the battle under Gakuganji’s orders.
The cursed spirits cast a barrier to cut off Gojo from entering and the fight between Megumi and Noritoshi remains undecided as they rejoin with Toge to fight against Hanami!
