Jujutsu Kaisen Second Cour’s Trailer Previews New OP And Kyoto Arc
Jujutsu Kaisen, the hit anime based on curses and sorcerers, will be debuting with its second part in 2 days.
The anime has revealed a new trailer that touches on the Kyoto Goodwill Event arc. The anime has pleasantly surprised fans with mind-blowing action sequences and a crazy hero.
Satoru Gojou is, of course, the unexpected plus point of the whole series. With an insane amount of power and good looks, he has become the scene-stealer dethroning Yuji.
An official trailer for the second half of the Jujutsu Kaisen anime has been released. The second part debuts on 15th January with some brand new cast members.
The trailer previews the new opening theme of the anime, “Vivid Vice”, by Who-ya Extended. The band has also performed the opening music of Psycho-Pass 3.
Jujutsu Kaisen Anime Premieres Second Cour In January With New Arc
The video gives us a glimpse into what awaits us in the next part of the anime. Yuji is being considered a threat due to him swallowing Sukuna’s fingers. Behind the matches of the event, a plan is underway to kill Yuji.
Several matches will be held, group matches as well as solo matches. Which school will be able to win? What especially caught my attention was how Yuji sarcastically calls Aoi “best friend”; we can expect a match with no holds barred.
Jujutsu Kaisen’s anime first debuted on 2nd October and it is listed with 24 episodes. Crunchyroll is simul-streaming the anime outside of Asia. It is also available in the English dubbed version.
MAPPA is animating Jujutsu Kaisen, and the animation quality is top-notch, as proven by the trailer. The manga is digitally published on the Viz Media app and Shueisha’s MANGA Plus website.
About Jujutsu Kaisen
Jujutsu Kaisen was initially published as a serialized manga in the Weekly Shonen Jump in 2018.
The story revolves around Yuuji Itadori, a high-school student who, despite hating athletics, is insanely fit. Yuuji gets involved in the world of sorcery when he swallows a powerful talisman to protect his friends from its curse.
On observing that Yuuji wasn’t affected much even when inflicted with this curse, Satoru decides to send Yuuji on a quest to save the world.
