Mina says that they are giving Shinomiya a weapon because of the current circumstances. The scene then cuts to the present where Shinomiya is destroying monsters with her axe.

Shinomiya then uses various forms of her weapon. Leno comes to help Shinomiya as she can’t deal with all the monsters at the same time. On the other side of the base, Hoshina is struggling against the humanoid kaiju. Hoshina realizes that kaiju is not afraid of him and is enjoying the fight. He then asks the operator to open gate no 3. The kaiju follows him inside the chamber. The chapter ends with Hoshina releasing his force up to 92%
