Kaiju No. 8 will be finally making its official debut later this spring, they have finally announced their release date alongside the launch of a new trailer. The official anime adaptation of Naoya Matsumoto’s manga series, Kaiju No. 8. The manga has already gained immense popularity in Japan through Shueisha’s Jump+ app, and now it’s set to become a global phenomenon with the release of the anime adaptation. The premiere of Kaiju No. 8 is expected to be one of the biggest events of the Spring 2024 anime schedule, and fans can’t wait for the show to finally launch.

The anime will premiere on April 13th on TV Tokyo and will stream worldwide on Crunchyroll in both English and Japanese dub. The anime will also air on X (Twitter) at the Japanese scheduled time or as soon as it airs it will be available on streaming sites all over the world.

Storyline

Kaiju No. 8 is a popular manga series that tells the story of a young man named Kafka Hibino who dreams of becoming a monster hunter. However, he is stuck working as a cleanup crew member in the Defense Force’s Kaiju extermination squad. One day, while on a mission, Kafka is exposed to strange radiation that transforms him into a Kaiju, a giant monster.
