The religious manga series Kaminaki Sekai no Kamisama Katsudo (What God Does in a Godless World) is getting an anime adaptation, and fans are going gaga over the news. Akashiro and Sonshou first published the manga in the May 2019 issue of Monthly Heroes. The fourth volume was released in Japan in September 2021, and the fifth is scheduled for release on April 27, 2022. And the latest update brings new cast updates to the floors! Since 2019 there have been five volumes of the manga. In 2019, the HERO’S INC. magazine “Monthly Hero” began publishing the story’s first installment. Kadokawa opened the official website for the TV anime version of Kaminaki Sekai no Kamisama Katsudou based on the manga. The site featured seven representative photos from the presentation. The TV anime version’s official website has listed the cast and crew. Kadokawa has shown seven key pictures on the official website for the television anime adaptation of this manga (first key visual pictured).
The humorous fantasy manga first appeared in Monthly Hero in May 2019. The serialization will continue there until November 2020. Once complete, it will be republished with the Wild Hero’s label and moved to the Hero’s Complex website. The fifth volume, published by Kadokawa and expected to go to print on Wednesday, follows the September 2017 release of volume four.
Cast, Plot & Other Details
Yukito, the son of the cult’s controversial head, is the main lead of this manga. For his part, Junya Enoki will play protagonist Yukito Urabe opposite Akari Kit’s God Mitama. Yuki Inaba is in charge of the anime. The manga author also provided the music for the anime. The chief animation director, Kaori Yoshikawa, is in charge of character design. The main character of this manga is Yukito, the son of the divisive cult leader. His last existence ended tragically, and he was reborn into a world devoid of gods and organized religion.
A cult took him in and raised him as one of their own. But he’s slaughtered and reborn into a world without God, where journals look childish. In addition, he discovers that governments worldwide have the ultimate word in all matters of life and death. Yukito and his friend both die trying to halt the execution. However, the God he serves is resurrecting them at this very moment. It will be interesting to see how the story comes to the screens this year.

The final release date of the anime is yet to come to the table. But the makers did make a point of giving away the tentative release date for the project.
