In Demon Slayer Chapter 199 we saw that all the Hashiras have come together for one last strike against Muzan and the dawn has started.
The sun have come above their heads and Muzan’s skin had started evaporating and unless he did something to protect himself, he would have died.
So Muzan used his skin to make a protective layering to protect his muscles and organs and turn into a giant baby.
All the Hashiras are attacking Muzan all at once and Muzan rips of Tanjiro’s arm. It’s the end of Muzan and that’s when the last chapter ended and fans were left thinking what will happen to Muzan and all the Hashira’s.

From the images released online, we see that everyone is gathered together and many are dying if not already dead.
Himejima dies, Kanroji is on the verge of dying, Iguro is going to die soon as well. In the last panel, we see Tanjiro on the ground and his breathing and heart has stopped as well.
