We strongly believe that Shin will do something spectacular in this battle. He will grow as a General and learn more about warfare. In fact, this is a great time for his instinctual battle style to work.
His style will eventually be similar to that of Duke Hyou and when that happens, he will become an unstoppable force!
The Zhao invasion arc seems quite shaky at this moment, with Qin in dire straits. Kingdom Manga 684 will show if Qin manages to stabilize itself or not. It will take a lot of effort to save Raido, to win at the cliffside battle – but Qin must pull through.

Yasuhisa Hara’s Kingdom is one of the finest, most brilliant and detailed war manga ever. He adapts the story from Chinese history and he illustrates it too.
It is published in Shueisha’s Weekly Young Jump magazine. Apparently, Hara sensei plans to take the series to 100 volumes.
Kingdom 684 raw scans should come along within June 28, 2021. These scans are quite hard to get to be honest. The Japanese raw scans of these series are quite rare and only a couple forums have it.
Korean fan translations arrive really quick. Recently, we have seen Arabic translations too! English translations for Kingdom Manga 684 should be here around June 30, 2021.
It is a shame that Kingdom manga has no official English translation. But if you are eager to support the series, consider buying a raw volume, or checking out the anime legally.

Kingdom Chapter 684 spoilers are finally here. It first appeared on the Kingdom subreddit and now we are sharing it here for all the fans to read.
- We get a flashback where Ouhon gives Akakin the order to set up a pincer attack on the top of the cliff by climbing from the right end.
- It won’t be an easy task and it will atleast take 3 days, thus they decide to meet up after the set 3 days time.
- Akakin starts scouting the area and find a area that’s easier to climb from the left but there might be Zhao soldiers stationed there.
- Gyokuou has been defeated.
- Akakin is finally able to climb and pushes through.
- The Zhao army thinking Ouhon must have sent them gets ready to intercept them.
- Seeing this Akakin decides to fall back using his horse.
- The HSU headquarters can’t see Akakin anymore and assume that they retreated.

Kingdom Manga 684 Discussion:
Ou Hon is resting. But for how long? We know that the young General did his best on the field and eliminated as much of the Zhao as possible. But still, he has to get over his injuries during the span of this battle.
The Gyoko Hou Unit will play a crucial part in the upcoming clashes. Maybe Kingdom 684 will show him slowly recovering.
Why did Raido fail?
Raido’s plan to eliminate the enemy was very good. He found an opportunity and did the best he could. Of course, it is against the normal norms of war but that is just how the Kan Ki troops operate.
What he didn’t gauge properly was the strength of the enemy general.
General Ryuuhaku did something similar to how Shin was fighting Houken. He just let his emotions and his rage and his to pour out and he gave his everything to the battle.
In that fit of rage, the General eliminated a lot of Raido’s troops. He took inhumane damage and even hurt Raido!
In the end, Raido couldn’t end the enemy in time. As backup, Ryuuhaku’s son arrived. Seeing that he has lost both his dad and his brother, he captured Raido alive so that he can properly torture him.
Raido’s failure to escape in time led to this failure. Kingdom chapter 684 will show how Kan Ki reacts to this.
What will Kan Ki do now?
Losing Raido is a big hit for Kan Ki. With his troops deserting, it is finally time for him to act. Maybe Kingdom 684 will show his actual plan.
What he actually said to Ogiko, what he plans to do and why Raido realized that his captain is actually amazing.
We saw Raido apologizing to Kan Ki in the end, since he failed. Did Kan Ki take it into account? What will be his next step? This mystery has continued for a long time and it is high time that we see what it leads to.
Can Shin win?
The Hi Shin Unit is on the clifftop now. But their troubles have just began. The enemy troops keep pouring out the forest and the Hi Shin Unit, being low in numbers, can’t help but push through slowly.
Fortunately, the pincer attack was made possible thanks to the arrival of Akakin.
Now that the Hi Shin Unit has proper backup, they should be able to deal massive damage to the enemy and we are hoping to see Shin fight the enemy general in Kingdom 684.
Shin should manage to take down his first major catch in this battle and with that, it would be a huge boost for Qin.
