KonoSuba Season 3 Returns in 2024, After a Six-Year Hiatus
The story of Kazuma Satou, a boy who dies and is sent to a fantastical world, is told in the isekai anime KonoSuba, which is widely regarded as one of the best of its genre. Kazuma joins a humorously dysfunctional adventuring team in this new world full of MMORPG aspects by recruiting a goddess, an archwizard, and a crusader.
Two seasons of the anime and a movie have been aired, and an anime about Megumin’s rise to archwizard status is presently airing. Fans can now celebrate after waiting a painfully long six years for the third season of “KonoSuba: God’s Blessing on This Wonderful World!” to be announced.
Kadokawa made an amazing announcement on Thursday about ‘KonoSuba – God’s blessing on this great earth!’ The main anime series’ third season will begin airing in 2019. In addition to the news, a visually appealing “ultra teaser visual” for the new season was also released.
After news of his party’s victory against the Devil King spreads, Kazuma meets with The Crown in volume 6 of the light novel, which will be adapted in the future season.
When Kazuma and his party meet with The Crown, things swiftly devolve into chaos as they become embroiled in a scheme that centers on their love with Megumin. One faction leaves after Darkness agrees to marry Lord Alderp to release her family from debt.
The core cast from the first two seasons of Konosuba are expected to return for the third season, along with the Japanese production team.
Our minds and hearts can’t wait to see our favorite characters back on the big screen, where they’ll get to experience great new adventures and funny new scenarios that are guaranteed to make us laugh till we cry.
Konosuba: God’s Blessing on This Wonderful World!
Natsume Akatsuki and Kurone Mishima collaborated on a light novel series titled Konosuba. The original light novel series spans 17 volumes, with 5 of those being turned into anime.
Kazuma Satou, a reclusive high school student, sits before the gorgeous but irritating goddess Aqua after his comically tragic death on his way back after buying a game.
She gives the NEET a choice between reincarnating in heaven or in the gamer’s fantasy world.
Kazuma decides to start over, only to be confronted by a Demon King who is terrorizing the local communities. But before he leaves, he gets to take one object of his choosing to help him on his journey, and the future hero chooses Aqua. But Kazuma has made a terrible error; Aqua serves no purpose whatsoever.
It turns out that real life in such a society is very different from how it is portrayed in games, thus their problems are far from over. The two need to earn money to cover their expenditures before they can go on an exciting journey. Their bad luck has only just begun.
