Love Me, Love Me Not Anime Film Gets Runtime of 103 Minutes
The days of teenage life and youth are said to be the best in life. We have the time and chance to discover love and friendship at this tender age. Love Me, Love Me Not is an anime which seeks to dabble in the raw love of youth.
A sudden blossoming friendship between Akari and Yuna, their love lives, and people of affection are all caught beautifully in the Love Me, Love Me Not manga. It is the same manga that has inspired the anime film.
The Love Me, Love Me Not anime film is listed with a duration of 103 minutes. The film is scheduled for release on 18th September 2020.
Originally set for a May 2020 debut, the anime film was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The original manga by Io Sakisaka is also adapted into a live-action movie that will debut on 14th August 2020.
A trailer for Love Me, Love Me Not Anime, was released by the official website in May.
It is a cute trailer that portrays the heart fluttering moments between Runa and Rio and Akari and Inui.
Love Me, Love Me Not Rescheduled to September 18
Toshimasa Kuroyanagi (Shonen Hollywood – Holly Stage for 49) is directing the film at A-1 Pictures (Blue Exorcist). Erika Yoshida pens the script, and Yuu Yamashita does character design. Yuuji Nomi is in charge of music composition.

To commemorate the release of the anime movie and live-action film, a digital version of the Monthly Cinecon Walker magazine has been released featuring an interview of Takumi Kitamura (plays Rio in the live-action) and Nobunaga Shimazaki (plays Rio in the anime film).
About Love Me, Love Me Not
Love Me, Love Me Not is a manga by Io Sakisaka that began serialization in Shueisha’s Bessatsu Margaret from June 13, 2015.
The story revolves around Yuna Ichihara, who is about to enter her first year of high school and doesn’t want to be separated from her best friend Sacchan, who is moving away.
One day on her way to the train station, she gets stopped by a random girl who asks her for money to pay her train fare. The girl gives Yuna her bracelet as a promise to pay her back the next day.
The girl reveals herself to be Akari and returns Yuna her money. They head home together only to find out that they live in the same apartment building and become friends.
However, they soon find out Yuna may be in love with Akari’s brother and Akari in love with Yuna’s childhood friend
