Plot Overview
Series protagonist Lucifer Morningstar is an angel who rebelled against heaven and was cast out. Having been the Lord of Hell for millennia, Lucifer becomes weary of punishing people. His life in Hell has become increasingly boring, and he abdicates his throne to go to Los Angeles, where he runs a nightclub called Lux, despite being in defiance of his father.
He meets the fascinating Detective Chloe Decker while investigating a murder. In the series, Lucifer solves crimes alongside Chloe and encounters all kinds of supernatural beings en route to developing their relationship while helping the Los Angeles Police Department solve their murder case. Lucifer Season 6 Release Date
Netflix will release Lucifer Season 6 on September 10, 2021. The release date was announced on July 25, giving fans ample time to rewatch the series before the final season. The season’s filming ended in March, so its release date was expected to be in late 2021. Furthermore, Season 5B, which came out on May 28 this year, had a pretty big cliffhanger ending, so having it resolved without having to wait too long is going to be nice. It is pretty clear that everybody is excited about the release of Lucifer Season 6.

- Tom Ellis as Lucifer Morningstar: Having lost interest in life, Lucifer eventually abandoned his throne for five years, becoming a civilian consultant for the Los Angeles Police Department as well as owning and operating a nightclub. The fifth season of Lucifer featured Ellis portraying Michael, Lucifer’s twin brother who briefly took over his brother’s identity after Lucifer returned to Hell.

- Lesley-Ann Brandt as Mazikeen: Lucifer Morningstar’s confidant and devoted ally, commonly known as Maze. She served as Lucifer’s chief torturer, and as a bartender at his club in Los Angeles, followed him from Hell. The second season finds Maze looking for a new direction on Earth and which leads her to become a bounty hunter. - Rachael Harris as Dr. Linda Martin: A Stanford-educated psychotherapist for Lucifer. As a result of her pregnancy in season 4, Amenadiel’s son Charlie was born, which is the first-ever half-angel half-human baby ever born into the universe.
