Cha Dusik had come to visit him after he got well. However, he couldn’t convince him that it was a ridiculously high temperature. After seeing him doing well, he left the shop.
On his way home, Cha Dusik heard about Kim’s new activities. He was surprised that Kim still didn’t have the sense to stop after facing Ijin.
Ijin still holds evidence and files of Kim’s dirty work. He argues that he kept his front of the deal so Ijin should give in and hand over the evidence.
In the end, he threatens Ijin and cuts the call. Dahyun and Ijin’s grandfather both were outside when this call happened.
How does Kim think of dealing with Ijin now? His attack on Ijin’s grandfather was a failure because Cha Dusik was nearby.

Ijin is a tough opponent to beat in physical combat rather no one can imagine him losing in a fight. Numbers or weapons don’t work on him either. So what has Kim planned for him?

Cha Dusik is one of the trusted people of Ijin. After meeting him while he was returning, one of his subordinates tipped him off about Congressman Kim’s recent activities.

Congressman Kim comes from a rich family with a strong political background and his wife’s family side is powerful too. Even after his cover was blown off, he managed to suppress it well. Exempted from the party was the least damage for him.
Kim’s children were put on probation for their activities. He intends to send his children to the US for studying and laying low till the matter subsides here.
Kim still wants back all the things he had lost due to this mishap. He doesn’t want to lose anything so he calls Ijin and threatens him about the real world.
Kim has been under wraps for the whole time. He challenged Ijin but he doesn’t seem to know Ijin’s current situation. Will Kim join hands with any other enemy of Ijin in Mercenary Enrollment Chapter 108?
Kim’s financial and public image had suffered because of Ijin and it hit hard on him. So he wants to show Ijin the consequence of his actions.
Cha Dusik’s Involvement
Earlier Cha Dusik was a henchman of Congressman Kim. When he decided on taking Ijin, Dusik was appointed as a gang boss to take care of him.
However, since then Ijin and Dusik have formed a good relationship. Ijin’s grandfather also cares deeply about Dusik even sending him side dishes.
Following Ijin, Dusik left being a gang boss after the fight between gangs broke out. He works under the SW Corporation now.
Ijin’s grandfather had gone to meet Dusik on his way back home from work. Dusik was perplexed to see him approach so he put away his cigarette and lighter.
As he went away, Dusik saw two men on motorbike speed toward Ijin’s grandfather with a metal bat. Dusik punched them and they toppled down due to high speed.
Just at that time, his phone rang and his subordinate informs him that Congressman Kim is going after Ijin this time and not them.
Cha Dusik has not been shown in action in the recent chapters. Guess it’s time for Cha Dusik to fight alongside Ijin and help him.
