‘My Dress-Up Darling’ Anime to Receive a Gorgeous New Sequel
The My Dress-Up Darling anime premiered earlier this year and took cosplay to another level. Kitagawa stole the hearts of hundreds, including that of Gojo. The awkward moments between them made us squeal, and the cute duo will be back sooner than you realize.
In season 1, Gojo proved his dress-making skills and was dragged out of his social anxiety by Kitagawa. From teasing and flirty stares to jaw-dropping costumes, this anime was a full-on package of entertainment that made us hunger for more.
The official website of the My Dress-Up Darling anime revealed that the series would receive a sequel. It was not confirmed whether the sequel would be the second season, an OVA, or a movie. The release date and other details are yet to be announced.
Of course, what is an announcement without a proper teaser? Although this new video doesn’t contain glimpses from the sequel, it will warm you up with some nostalgic shots from season 1.
Some gorgeous cosplays of Kitagawa are shown in the video. Gojo has also improved a lot in comparison to where he had started. We can only hope that the upcoming sequel brings the two closer to each other.
