Chapter 314 of My Hero Academia shocked everyone as Chisaki appears on the last page and Lady Nagant is seemingly about to kill him. This is quite unexpected as they were supposed to be allies.

What is Lady Nagant’s relationship with Kai Chisaki, the former boss of Shie Hassaikai, and the question, are they working for All for One?? What does All for One want from Chisaki?

Ever since Tartarus’s mass breakout, Chisaki seems to keep going on and on about the boss and how he wants to go back to him.

The boss Chisaki refers to is the former boss of Shie Hassaikai. He is the only person in the world Chisaki seems to care for.

After losing his quirk and the destruction of his plans, Chisaki seems to have gone back to his past self where he was his underling and felt a great sense of duty in following his orders.

He always felt indebted to the boss for rescuing him as a child and is probably the only person he ever looked up to. It is also possible that All for One has become that father figure proxy for Chisaki and that is why he would do anything he wants.

Even with all that, Lady Nagant’s motivations seem to be a bit unclear. Given that Chisaki is not in his right mind, his association with All for One and Lady Nagant is not something that would have happened if he was sane.

It would go against all his principles to do so.

There seems to be no previous association between Lady Nagant and Kai Chisaki. Given her past as a hero and imprisonment at Tartaros, it is very unlikely that the two would positively relate.

Maybe she felt pity for him and decided to care for him, or she wants something only he can offer.

Lady Nagant seems to be after the Quirk Destroying Drug made by Chisaki. This would make sense as she is tired of killing. Also, this might be the reason she is working for All for One.

Chisaki does not seem to have anything that All for One wants, especially in the state he is in right now.

Ever since Shigaraki incapacitated him by destroying his quirk, Chisaki has lost his mind, becoming a shell of his former self.

Currently, he is unable to do anything by himself in his catatonic state. Even in his prime, he seemed to be opposed to the ways of Shigaraki and, in turn, All for One.

Chisaki seems to be in the picture because of his mysterious association with Lady Nagant. All for One did not seem to care for Chisaki and was only interested in the services of Lady Nagant.

Given the current situation in the series, it would seem that Chisaki is being used as bait to capture Midoriya, but you never know if they are cooking up something nasty in the background.
