My Hero Academia’s Season 5 is speculated to have around 25 episodes with a break in between.
An ‘Episode 0’ is supposed to air on 27th March, which is the fifth season’s debut date. Fans were expecting that it would be a recap episode, but the reality is quite the contrary.
Episode 0 will be an original episode that will hint at the plot of My Hero Academia’s third movie. The third movie of the franchise has been kept under wraps, with only mysterious visuals revealed so far.
The real plot of the anime’s fifth season is likely to start airing from 3rd April as Episode 1. The movie’s introduction seems like a brilliant idea, as it will market the third film to all anime watchers.
At least, the introduction to the movie will be more interesting than a recap episode.
