After Boruto and Kawaki rushed in to fight Code, Naruto finally realized what it feels like to be the dad of rebellious teens. Yet he can’t just leave them to die, no matter how done he is with them. So now, Naruto and Shikamaru are out to retrieve them.

If this were the situation a few chapters ago, Code would’ve stood no chance against Naruto. Yet, the sad reality is that Kurama is no longer with Naruto now, and this might be a significant turning factor in the battle.

Of course, Kurama’s absence does not mean that Naruto is powerless now. The Seventh Hokage is far more formidable than that. For one, he can still maintain the Sage mode and for a longer period of time than before.

Naruto has other powers that can be used without Kurama. From nature transformation to lava release and six paths chakra, Naruto still has a sizable amount of powers at his disposal.

How Strong Is Naruto Without Kurama (2021)? Is Naruto Weak Now?

There is no denying the fact that he has become weaker than before, but he and Shikamaru together will definitely be able to breach the attack.

The worrying factor is Boruto, as he had doubled over in pain in the last few pages of chapter 64. Are the side effects of Amado’s medicines finally getting to him? Or is Momoshiki taking over his body?

If Momoshiki really does take over, despite the medicine, Kawaki, Naruto, and Shikamaru will have much more on their plate than they had bargained for.
