Re: ZERO: The Prophecy of the Throne is an upcoming video game inspired by the Re: ZERO franchise. It is a tactical role-playing game where players have to solve a mystery regarding the royal candidate.

The gaming and anime industries often influence new projects among each other. The Re: ZERO franchise, with its isekai genre and exciting plot, serves as a good base for a video game.

Re:ZERO: Starting Life in Another World: The Prophecy of the Throne game will be launched on 28th January 2021 in Japan. It will also be launched in North America and Europe on 29th January and 5th February respectively.

A new trailer for the upcoming game has been released.

The trailer reveals all the characters who will be included in the game. The six candidates for the royal throne of Lugunica are also introduced. One of these six is an imposter.

The trailer gives off a very tense and suspicious atmosphere. No one can be trusted, especially when the crown is at stake.

Buyers of the game’s day-one edition will get four exclusive pins of Emilia, Subaru, Rem, and a new character. The collector’s edition will contain the pins, a concept art- art book, a CD, sketches, commentary, and a steel bookcase.

Although the game focuses on the plotline from the first series of the Re: ZERO anime, new events have been added. Different ‘what if’ situations are also included in the game, supervised by Tappei Nagatsuki.

Re: Zero Kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu: Lost in Memories is a smartphone game that debuted on 9th September.

About Re: ZERO

The story follows Subaru Natsuki, a homebody who wakes up in a fantasy world on his way home from the convenience store. Meeting a silver-haired elf named Satella, he decides to help her on her journey to recover a stolen item.

After the two are mysteriously killed, Subaru wakes up to realize that he had gone back to the point when he first entered the world.

Realizing he has a new power called “Return by Death,” which sends him back in time every time he dies, Subaru decides to use this new power to try and make a better life for himself in this world with the mysterious silver-haired elf.
