However, acquiring companies can be tricky, and one should know all properties in question. Not only that, but the company must also mention everything in detail and clarify all clauses, terms, and conditions.

Crunchyroll found itself in a pickle Right Stuf’s Nozomi Entertainment division’s fate remained uncertain following the purchase.

This led to much speculation, with Crunchyroll stating that they’re evaluating rights regarding Nozomi. However, Kickstarter’s crowdfunding for Dirty Pair’s English dub confirmed that Nozomi Entertainment will now come under Crunchyroll as an extension of Right Stuf’s acquisition.

Nozomi Entertainment’s official Twitter account confirmed that they would join the Crunchyroll family.

Moreover, Kickstarter’s crowdfunding campaign for Dirty Pair’s English dub belongs to Right Stuf and Nozomi Entertainment.

Naturally, fans were worried about what would happen with it, and the company assured them that the production would not be disrupted and that everything would go as planned.

Also, Crunchyroll will not acquire any of Right Stuf’s erotica products. All Right Stuf’s 18+ erotica products and existing orders will be transferred to EroAnimeStore.com.

Right Stuf has also teased that there will be future products, features, and benefits related to Crunchyroll. However, both companies will operate separately for the moment to sort out matters.
