This chapter takes a break from Luffy vs Kaido and focuses on a very important issue. The fight between the Beast Pirates and the Alliance was important. But the gigantic fire caused in the fight is something we were ignoring.
Fortunately, this crucial issue is being handled in this chapter. Raizo might be weird to look at but his contributions to this battle are immense. He really is a great ninja and a worthy vassal for Oden.

One Piece 1046 Spoilers: Luffy Grabs Lightning
The name of the chapter is secret even now! Even though the scans have been released, the title of the chapter is still unclear.
On the cover page, we see that two people have invaded Pudding’s Chocolate Town! Who are they? Why are the people running away from them?
One Piece Manga 1046 spoilers show Luffy on the rooftop where he wonders what to name his latest attack. He is confused about the new heights of flexibility he has.
Kaido wonders who Luffy is in reality. Obviously, he is confused by the extreme freedom that Luffy has gained after his awakening.
We see that Zunesha is remembering Joyboy and the rhythm of the heartbeat. He feels like Joyboy has returned and believes that Luffy is the one!
Luffy answers Kaido with his usual reply – he is Luffy, the one who will be Pirate King.
Kaido and Luffy comment on their losses and gains and restart their battle.
Even with the immense fire down below, Luffy is not worried. He believes in his men and focuses on fighting the one in front.
Inside the Live floor, the strawhats are not safe. They wonder about how to get everyone to safety. Even Zeus can’t put out a fire this big.
The panic is immense. Everywhere, samurai and pirates alike are panicking. Everyone is searching for a safe way haven from this fire.
Finally, we see Raizo in One Piece 1046 spoilers. Along with Jinbe, he has a plan to execute.
Ever since the fire on Oden’s castle, Raizo was ashamed and hence, developed a counterplan for the next great fire.
Using his ninja technique, Raizo begins flooding the place with incredible amounts of water. Jinbe takes these flows and amplifies them to greater extents.
Slowly but surely, they start to spread out and continue this flooding. It is the water of Zou and it will quell this fire. Hope is still intact!
Kaido’s flames are slowly fading. Yamato realizes that Onigashima is about to fall. So it is high time for Momo to create clouds of his own and protect Wano!
On the last page, Luffy grabs lightning!

First Impressions
Everyone wants to see Luffy and Kaido duke it out on the top of the castle but it was great to see what’s going on in the rest of the castle.
Raizo came in clutch with that huge amount of water from Onigashima. He single-handedly saved the whole castle. The strawhats and the minks clearly have a strong bond and Raizo putting out the fire saved thousands of lives, enemies and friends alike.
The one thing that was not shown or discussed clearly in the One Piece Manga 1046 spoilers was when Luffy caught the lightning.
Some fans believe that Luffy can create and grab lightning as well, while others think that he can only grab it since he is made of rubber and his body will not get affected.
Rubber is a very bad conductor of electricity and now that Luffy can wield lightning, we can expect a Luffy and Nami duo in the future.
