In the previous chapter, we saw that the former king Bekori was on a rampage and was killing everyone who came in his way. Kuma could not watch this and he attacked Bekori and defeated him. After all these events Kuma became the new king of the Sorbet Kingdom and the news broke out to the whole world. He still lived with Bonney while King Bulldog ran all the operations.

One day Bonney ate a dragon fruit by mistake and turned it into her adult form and everyone thought she was Ginny and surprised. After some time Bekori escaped and joined the World Goverment. Kuma then went out to face Bekori all alone and sank all the marine ships all by himself. Then he fled to the sea and turned into a pirate. Bonney said that she will become like her father when she turns 10 years old.

Kuma traveled the world in search of a cure for Bonney’s disease. He then met Dragon and Dragon told him about Vegapunk. After some time, Kuma went to meet Bonney and then took her to Egghead Island. Vegapunk informed Kuma that there is a cure for Bonney’s disease but in return he wants Kuma to become the host of the clone army he was creating for the Marines. Kuma agreed to his conditions and said he would do anything to cure Bonney.

One Piece Chapter 1100 raw scans have been released and the chapter shows us how Kuma made a self-sacrificing deal with the World Government in order to save Bonney.

• Chapter Title – Thank You, Bonney
• Kizaru visits Vega Punk’s laboratory, and some Marines are following him.
• Vegapunk just moved into the building after the “accident” in Punk Hazard, so he didn’t realize there was spy Den Den Mushi inside the lab.
• Kizaru brought Saturn’s Den Den Mushi because he wanted to talk with Vegapunk.
• Saturn says that he’s aware of Vega Punk’s illegal negotiation with a pirate.
• He then says Kuma would make an excellent host for clones, he will allow the deal.
• Saturn had 3 additional conditions to the deal.
• The first one is Kuma must become a Shichibukai, replacing an unnamed Shichibukai who was defeated by Ace a few days ago.
• The second one is that Kuma must become a human weapon, undergoing cyborg surgery.
• And the third one is that Kuma’s mind must be erased when his surgery ends.
• Vegapunk was furious since wiping a cyborg’s mind is the same as killing a man.

• Saturn then says that Vegapunk is in no position to argue with him.
• Kuma was very happy as he was able to cure Bonney’s disease.
• Vegapunk explained that Bonney’s surgery would take 6 months, and after that, she must rest for 1 year before she can go outside.
• On the other hand, Kuma’s surgery will take 2 years.
• Saturn said they would take Bonney for insurance in case Kuma tries to run away with her after her surgery.
• Kuma agrees to Saturn’s conditions but asks him to return Bonney to the Sorbet Kingdom once she is healed.
