Orient TV anime adaptation will be released in 2022. The anime adaptation of the fantasy action manga Orient was announced back in January 2021. The staff, cast, and studio of the Shonen anime have also been revealed.
Written by Shinobu Ohtaka, Orient comes from the same creator of the critically acclaimed Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic.
Orient Anime Release Date:
Orient anime will be released in 2022. Though the exact date is not announced yet, it should release within the first half of 2022. We will update you when the exact release date is revealed.

A new visual has been revealed for the Orient anime.
In the new Orient anime visual we can see the two protagonists, Musashi, and Kojirou Kanemaki holding their swords. From the visual, the art style seems to be that of pencil art.
Orient Anime Studio:
The TV anime adaptation of Orient will be animated by A.C.G.T. studio. The studio is known for anime like Kino’s Journey, Initial D Fourth stage, Freezing. etc.
Orient Plot:
Musashi and his friend Kojirou Kanemaki promised each other to become samurai and go on demon-slaying adventures when they grow up. It’s been five years since the promise, but everything has changed, demons are being worshipped while the samurais are being despised.
Trying to protect his dream, Musashi blends in with society as a miner while secretly honing his swordsmanship. Despite being a direct descendant of samurai, Kojirou gives up on the promise he made with Musashi years back.
But, Fate always has its way to bring back the lost to the right path. And just like that after saving Musashi from a life-threatening situation, Kojirou has a change of heart. Following this, he embarks on a journey with Musashi to restore the lost glory of samurai and slay the demons from taking over this world.
Conclusion:
With an experienced staff, cast studio, the action-fantasy anime, Orient will bring in some freshness to this genre while trying to dodge the comparisons with Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic, as both of them, are from the same creator.
It’s just a matter of time till the Orient anime releases and the whole community sits down to have a round table conference.
