Well, you can’t really argue with anime logic, so what you can do is enjoy the bizarre life of Mahiro as he falls into an existential crisis.
The odd comedy anime, ONIMAI: I’m Now Your Sister!, is on its way to receiving an anime adaptation.

Accompany Mahiro as he wakes up without a significant part of his manhood (all of it, actually.) Although he is confused at first, he quickly realizes that this is because of an illegal experiment his sister performed on him.
Now he can’t even play his favorite erotic games (eroge) because of being spooked by his sister. Thus begins a tug-of-war between the two siblings. So far, Mahiro seems to be losing extravagantly.

The newly released visual shows Mahiro with a shy expression. The boy started off as an eroge-addicted shut-in but changed to a timid girl overnight. You’ve got to admit that Mihari has freakish science skills.

By now, you must have already guessed that ONIMAI is going to be a perfect comedy where logical things will rarely ever happen. Will Mihari’s experiment lead her to greatness or jail? Moreover, will Mahiro ever return to his normal self?

ONIMAI: I’m Now Your Sister! is a manga by Nekotofu that was first released in 2017. The series will receive an anime adaptation as well.
‘The anime focuses on Mahiro, a shut-in guy who suddenly wakes up and discovers that he has become a girl. He quickly realizes that his sister must have experimented on him.
Now, Mahiro has to learn how to live like a woman while trying to get back into his normal form.
