Pokemon Unveils the World Championship Finalists for its Climactic Arc
Pokémon Journeys: The Series premiered in November 2019 and has since given us many highs and lows throughout its long run. Yet, every good thing comes to an end, and so will the ongoing series.
Before the anime hits its end, it is yet to face a finale, and its final arc has finally been teased. Ash has quite a few talented rivals at the moment, and only the most arduous training will get him through the world championship.
Pokémon Journeys: The Series has just started streaming a new trailer that reveals hints about the Pokémon World Championships arc which will act as the anime’s concluding arc.

The new video shows the eight masters who have conquered the championship’s final round. All the finalists are shown one by one along with their winning pokemons. Their bonds with their Pokemons were also shown in the teaser.
The names of the finalists from ranks #1 to #8 are Leon, Cynthia, Steven, Lance, Diantha, Alain, Iris, and Ash. Leon was the winner in the previous season, and his rank has been carried over, he will be Ash’s toughest opponent if he manages to defeat the others.
