The Record of Ragnarok anime’s second season has not revealed any confirmed release date yet, but all eyes are on the human pantheon’s next challenger. A new key visual that was released reminds us of the previous three matchups.

The visual has Brunhilde in the spotlight as she is flanked by all the six fighters from the first season. 

Lu Bu faces Thor, followed by Adam and Zeus, and Poseidon and Kojiro are placed at the end. With only a single win in the previous season, humans will need to pick up their game soon unless they want to become extinct.

Well, there is still enough time left, and lots of powerful beings are yet to enter the arena. The first match will be between Jack the Ripper vs. Heracles. 

Yes, it’s the same serial killer from late 19th century Britain that you are thinking of. With a sinister character like this, I am curious to know what background story he will bring in.

Nonetheless, the upcoming season is sure to be another action-fest. Will humans finally take the lead? Or will the Gods dominate the matches throughout the series?
