Release Date for ‘Rurouni Kenshin’ Confirmed by Explosive New Trailer

Due to its legendary tale and decades-long heritage, ‘Rurouni Kenshin’ is one of the most anticipated anime in recent memory. Ex-samurai assassin Kenshin Himura will return to screens in the series as he travels across Japan protecting its citizens.

The manga featured an unusual premise for its period, telling a story of love, forgiveness, and peace.

The fourth promotional video for the new ‘Rurouni Kenshin’ series was released on Saturday. It promotes the series’ release on July 6 and features the series’ final song.

Aside from Kenshin Himura, the video also features a few more characters. To name just a few, we have Kaoru Kamiya, Yahiko Myojin, Sanosuke Sagara, Takani Megumi, and Shinomori Aoshi (who crosses swords with Himura).

Reol composed and performed the ending theme song “Kissaki” (Sword Tip) for the anime.

Movie theaters in Japan, the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, France, the United States, Indonesia, and South Korea will show ‘Rurouni Kenshin’. On June 18th, the actors will attend two showing in Tokyo’s United Cinema Aqua City Odaiba.

Rurouni Kenshin (2023 Series)

Nobuhiro Watsuki created the manga series Rurouni Kenshin and drew it. From 1994 through 1999, it ran in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine. The 2023 show will be a reimagining of the 1996 show based on the manga.

Kenshin Himura, a legendary assassin from the 11th year of the Meiji era, is now a nomadic samurai. But he has sworn off murder in an effort to redeem himself.

After encountering Kaoru Kamiya, the head of a small dojo that is on the point of closing down due to a man who is killing in the name of her dojo, he decides to help her save her school.
