Episode 5 of Remake Our Life! featured a collaboration with the popular series, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.
While the episode involved all sorts of surprises, Nanako performed Haruhi Suzumiya’s famous song “God knows….”

The powerful song has gained traction from people outside the anime world, covered by popular Japanese artists like Shoko Nakagawa and Masaaki Endoh.
The official Twitter account also posted a visual of the character Aki Shino cosplaying the Brigade leader, Haruhi. The commemorative visual mirrors the cover of volume 6 of the Haruhi Suzumiya light novel.
Well, if these hints weren’t enough, the official Twitter accounts of both anime are running an Aki-cosplaying-Haruhi poster giveaway, which can be won by following both accounts and retweeting the campaign announcement tweet.

Episode 5 showed [SPOILERS] Kyōya’s successful stall in the 3-day Oonaka School Anniversary Festival, a romantic moment shared between him and Aki Shino, a motivational speech given to Nanako, and her rocking performance on stage!
Will episode 6 give us more of an insight into Nanako’s feelings for Kyōya if any? Or will it see her career taking its next step forward?
About Remake Our Life!
Remake Our Life! a romantic comedy light novel series written by Kionachi and illustrated by Eretto. Media Factory has published seven volumes and two spin-off volumes since March 2017 under their MF Bunko J imprint.
Kyoya Hasiba, an unsuccessful game director goes bankrupt after his company fails to take off. It leads him to return to his parents’ home.
While taking a nap in his old bedroom thinking about the other successful game creators of his generation, he time-slips ten years into his past without his own knowledge.
He considers this as his second chance at life and takes it to remake his life. Now, an 18-something Arts college student, he shares a house with four other people.
Though he considers this an opportunity to change the decisions he made in his formative life, things don’t quite turn out the way he wanted to.
