Shield Hero Season 2 Release Date

Naofumi gets Isekai’d to a new world where there are different breeds of species that co-exist. But they all face a huge threat of extinction due to another world waging a war against them. Naofumi and the other heroes who got Isekai’d from earth ( from different timelines) save this new world by fighting as the 4 Heroes.

But in the beginning, Naofumi gets tricked by the king’s daughter and is falsely accused of a rape attempt. This brings upon him a wall of shame and hatred that cannot be broken unless he proves himself innocent. But since the King is the one pulling the strings, Naofumi loses all hope and disappears to train by himself.

He buys a slave to be his sword. Her name is Raphtalia and she is a half-breed. As time passes by he teaches her to be his sword and work as his offense. They form a beautiful pair and later go on to save an entire village themselves. The king later defames due to owning a slave and takes Raphtalia away from him. This angers the Shield hero but Raphtalia controls him and announces that she wasn’t working for him against her will.

Season 1 – The Plot Thickens

As time passes by the king and his daughter work against the shield hero and brings him down as much as they can. But a new member is added to the family, her name is filo and she is a unique breed. This encourages Naofumi to go against all the negativity and push forward.

Various events unfold and the other three heroes also hate the shield hero. But when the time came, the shield hero was the one who stood up and saved the entire army from complete annihilation. Here on the story completely changes and the shield hero becomes respected. He goes on to outperform everyone and finally gains his place in the kingdom. Truly a happy ending.
