The Record of Ragnarok Anime is a topic of discussion for manga fans for a long time and it is finally announced. A Twitter user @Shonensalto which reports every anime and manga news and details reported that the Record of Ragnarok is getting an anime adaptation in 2021.
As you can see in the second tweet a banner is labeled around the 9th volume of Shuumatsu no Valkyrie: Record of Ragnarok Manga and there is a ‘2021‘ written on it.

Update – Record of Ragnarok Anime release date has been confirmed. Netflix will premiere the series on 17th June 2021 exclusively on their platform.

The label on the Manga volume says 2021 so we can assume that it will be released in the year 2021 but for a specific release date we will have to wait some time as nothing has been confirmed from the officials. As per assumptions Record of Ragnarok Anime might drop in the Summer or Fall season of 2021 as Summer and Spring season lineups are almost up.
Record of Ragnarok Anime Studio
UPDATE – The animating studio for Record of Ragnarok anime will be Graphinica who has animated Hellsing: Ultimate, Juni Taisen, and other anime series. We don’t know about the animation quality yet but let’s hope for the best.
For an animating studio, nothing has been confirmed yet but the manga is solely based on fights so a good animation studio is a must. Fans are demanding various studios like MAPPA who is doing a fantastic job animating Attack on Titan Season 4, Jujutsu Kaisen, and the upcoming Chainsaw Man while some fans are requesting Ufotable animate the series.

Story
Every 1000 years Gods from different worlds gather and have a discussion over the fate of humanity. This is decided by a voting system and this vote decides that either the human race will continue to live or will be eradicated by gods. In the recent meeting, all gods have agreed on finishing the human race.
At the very last second, A Valkyrie interrupted and made the proposition that the human race should be given a chance and their fate must be decided on the basis of one-on-one fights between Gods and Humans. Gods agree to this as their pride was on the stack.
So a tournament starts where 13 Gods will face 13 Human warriors and the team reaching 7 victories first will decide the fate of the human race.
